JUSTICE DEPARTMENT ARGUES THAT ARBITER NOT NEEDED IN FBI DOCUMENT SEIZURE CASE: The Justice Department has asked a federal appeals court to overturn a judge’s appointment of an independent arbiter, Brooklyn federal Judge Raymond Dearie, to review documents seized during an FBI search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate, according to a development late Friday reported by the Associated Press.

REPS.
